Small hotel in need of some tlc. We stayed for one night, to visit the San Siro, which is 20 mins walk or a short metro ride. Buffet breakfast, croissant, cakes, biscuits, cereal, bread, tea and coffee, really very good. Room mediocre. We had room 54 at the very top. Window broken in the bathroom, looked like it had been for some time. Lots of light switches that didn’t do anything, and sockets which didn’t work. Headboard loose. Had to leave the bathroom light on all night as a big post was in the middle of the room, to avoid hurting ourselves on that or the sloping roof. Couldn't get air con to work. Shower gel and soap available, no fridge or kettle. No bar as advertised however there is a fridge in reception to get water, soft drinks and beer.

The hotel was modest but clean. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was modest but satisfying. The transit was across the street and the subway was a metro was 10 minutes away. The only issue was the wifi was slow and the air conditioning unit was not cooling as the room as it needed too.

Went to the conference at MiCo, was just what I needed - bed, breakfast, and the proximity to reach MiCo in less than 10 mins by walking. Pluses: simple, modest, clean with good breakfast coffee, minuses - cold floor, would be great if any slips or rugs, and thin walls, however we had peaceful neighbours, so all in all was Ok.

Hotel was located convenient to San Sero stadium and subway stop into center. Parking off site a block away. Staff was helpful calling taxi and answering questions. Breakfast selections were limited. No elevator for third floor room. Yes

We had a good 1 night stay here. We were traveling by car, no designated parking for hotel but hospitality stood out as employee /owner? helped us secure perfect parking out front. We thought breakfast was perfectly sufficient and always appreciate a cappuccino when starting our day.

Clean, comfortable (basic) hotel - great location for San Siro and central Milan.

I chose this hotel because it was difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel nearer to the city centre as the Expo was taking place. The accommodation was OK and the were staff friendly, but the hotel generally had a tired feel about it and the breakfast is disappointing with plastic crockery and very few tables. However the main drawback is that the hotel is a bit too far out of town to be convenient for an easy sightseeing holiday and although there is various public transport available nearby, it its location is not ideal for a first time visitor to Milan.

Hotel is very close to train station. Stop for bus lines is cross street from hotel. Room is big and clean.

Good clean hotel. Bus station(autobus) to the city centre os right in front of the hotel. Walking distance to MiCo. Good free wifi. 2 supermarkets very near across the street in front. Some Cafes n bakeries around the hotel. No lift, my room on 1st floor. English speaking hotel staff

Stayed the weekend to attend a Milan game,hotel is ok with a great breakfast selection and although not a coffee drinker myself I know they offer a good choice from the 'barista bar'. Close to bakery,bars,supermarkets and also the lotto and almendola metro so you can get around quite easily. I would consider going back-good value for a qk trip where you don't spend a lot of time at the hotel.

I stayed there for seven nights while attending a meeting at the Milano Congressi. Nice walking distance. Although the room condition is poor (noisy and old smell), the bathroom looks new and clean. There is AC, free WiFi, and breakfast. The staff is very friendly and try to satisfy all my needs. They do have hair dryer but you have to ask. Overall, it is the best deal for what I paid.
