The rooms and all the hotel facilities were very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The hotel staff, Rian and Gus Arga, were truly commendable, attentive to small details and always ready to assist us with any needs during our stay.

Staying for 2 days at Cove de Tinaya was a great experience. The room was spacious because it was a family room. The check-in process was also fast, with no deposit required, just a guest ID card. The location is not far from Imam Bonjol Street, in front of it is Circle K, across from there is a cheap and cheerful food stall with quite good food. Downstairs there are large tables for waiting or eating, with a pantry and plates and glasses, a water dispenser, and a refrigerator. I got a room on the 3rd floor, everything was clean, the AC was cold, the bed was comfortable. Outside the room there was also a table for eating, and a water dispenser. All the staff were friendly. There were some issues, such as a water cut-off due to a leak in the pipe, but it was quickly fixed and the water was back on. The dispenser also had a slight problem but was quickly replaced with a good one. In my opinion, the staff's quick response to guest problems is a plus for the service at Cove de Tinaya👍. Yes, for a cheap price in the city center, it's really worth it.

The clean and spacious rooms are comfortable for bringing children. The service is friendly, and the hotel is close to TSM and food stalls. The toilet floor is a bit slippery, and the toilet flush requires turning on the faucet from below before it can be used. However, the friendly service and clean rooms make up for it.

The room was nice and clean, except the TV often went out. Since I was in the front room, every night at a certain time, I could hear the cleaning service working, which was very noisy.
