Fantastic property. Looks quite newly renovated. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was fantastic and the receptionist was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. The outdoor spa bath was a bonus.

It is one of the most expensive motel I have ever booked. It does have everything you can think of as a motel. We are very satisfied what we had expected to have! It is a great place to stay!

Very nice

Nice spacious room with a kitchen. Checking in was easy and staff was very nice. Pool was smaller than I expected . Location is great for shopping, eating and the Maori show down the road.

Nice, cute place and very clean. Friendly staff. Love the fact that you can have your very own outdoor hot tub if you book a room on the first floor. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open as it is still in the process of being approved by the council. The nearby cafes make up for it. Perfect place to stay as it is only 15 minutes away from the Redwood Forest and 20 to 30 minutes away from the geothermal sites south of Rotorua.

Great location and service!

A great hotel, very convenient in the Rotorua area, we were able to go one way for the Redwood forest, and the other way to the National Kiwi Hatchery. This spot worked out well for us as we were traveling and wanted to see many different thing, nice comfortable room to come back to after long days. Very convenient to have a grocery store across the street.

Super clean and comfortable large room. We had a good stay here.

Laundry on site was a bonus! The rooms were new and spotless. Staff was super heloful.

Check in was easy. We were given some milk to take to our room. This was room 208 on the first floor, not on the side of the State highway. We slept soundly in the very comfy bed. In fact there were two large beds. The room has two hobs, microwave, crockery and cutlery, washing up stuff. It was all there and replenished each day( we stayed two nights). We had a bath, shower over it and enough room in the bathroom for toiletry bags etc. It was a good find.

Property was very clean and tidy, spacious and provided good tea and coffee service in room. Well located to nearby attractions. I would book here again.

Clean comfortable beds and overall a nice property, but it was not a good value for what was charged. For a 4 night stay we found it not convenient to the downtown restaurants if you want to walk. There are only fast food ones in the area, and the road was noisy.
