Courteous and friendly staff . Nice room

I stayed at 3 hotels while in Portugal and this was the most expensive of the three and also the one I liked the least. The hotel room was the smallest of the three hotels I stayed at. The air conditioner did did not allow you to set it on a lower more comfortable/cooler setting. On a positive note, the pillows and pillow cases were the best of the three hotels I stayed at.

This hotel offers good breakfast! surprise! Underground parking you need good driving skills!

Great hotel with friendly staffs!

We just stayed one night as our last night in portugal. But it was a very good stay. Super clean and classic hotel, with very nice staff. When we arrived a nice woman on the staff went down to the garage with my husband to see if he would be happy with parking his car in such tight quarters. She was super helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We will recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Principe Avila was very enjoyable. Although we arrived on the same day as the blackout in Portugal, the staff was very accomodating in every aspect of our stay. The hotel is in a great location, we were able to get around town without any issues. The room was clean and very well decorated. We still talk about the chocolate croissants in the breakfast room. Must try the breakfast!

The hotel is conveniently located to take a walk, dinning, supermarkets, airport and some sights; or an Uber away to most. The breakfast is great with ample selection. My room had great views and a mini fridge! The front desk is kind of rude but they do the job.

I highly recommend staying here if you visit Lisbon. You’ll be in a centrally located area, easy to access any sighting adventures you want to go on. Plenty of restaurants, cafés, shopping, all within walking distance. I there is a beautiful park nearby as well as options for fitness and spas. The hotel itself was super clean. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely check out the lobby bar, a great place to end your day or grab a quick bite to eat. Bartenders were amazing and so friendly. A huge plus for me was having breakfast every morning, which was included in my package. Breakfast offerings were delicious and varied. I enjoyed my stay here very much and I would definitely come back!

Very modern hotel right across the street from the metro that connects you to the airport or train / bus station. Free breakfast buffet with great assortment of hot and cold choices. Custard tarts were delicious. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. Staff everywhere were courteous and helpful. Special shout out to Ivan who helped me get to the hotel from train station. Very pleasant stay and highly recommend

The Hotel is very convenient located, right next to one of the entrances to Sao Sabastio Metro station which is in the terminal station from the airport. There are also direct buses nearby to go to different attractions, including the National Tile Museum. The staff are friendly and helpful. They offer nice breakfast buffet with fresh bakery and fruit. I will recommend the property and stay there again.

It was amazing. This hotel is the best one we have stayed in for years. The design is modern and cozy. The breakfast is so good we actually look forward to it every morning. The location of the hotel is also perfect. The metro station is right in front of the hotel. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

A but far out but quiet and still a quick 20 Min walk into the hub of activity. Shopping right outside. Quiet and lively new property. Breakfast was very good.

A new boutique-style hotel situated in a very convenient location - access to many restaurants, cafes and a mega department store within minutes by foot. A metro entrance to both the red and blue lines are literally across from the hotel which will take you to the heart of Lisbon in 15 mins or the airport in 25 mins. The spreads at the breakfast buffet were great, and alot of fruits in particular. The only thing I wished for was a gym onsite; still a 10 in my books.

Stayed10 nights and was very happy. Staff were wonderful and breakfast had so many choices. Excellent bar service. Would definitely recommend.
