My Points

In this hotel I felt like I was in a "ghost hotel", no room cleaning, no towel change and worst of all no breakfast.

1. Nobody was in reception. No one in hotel for my first hour in hotel. Looks like ghost hous. 
2. Room wasn't clean. I hope there are no bad bugs. But it was totally not clean room
3. I wasn't able to sleep since toilet was broken and water leak was noisy.
4. Terrible experience. 
5. How to get refund for this stay?
