This company took our money for five two-bedroom apartments. Traveling with kids, we called a week before our arrival to confirm that the rooms were ready. However, upon arrival, they sent a junior employee to inform us that they only had one two-bedroom unit available, leaving us with eight one-bedroom rooms and suites. Despite promises to provide what we paid for the next day, it never happened. These companies are not held accountable by Expedia. Once they have your money, it’s up to Cozy to issue a refund. Be cautious. We also found roaches in two of the rooms, and customer service calls went unanswered.

I don’t suggest this property for anyone especially with Cozy. I experienced one of the poorest customer service in my life. When I got in, microwave wasn’t working and no way to get in touch which the house. The next morning, I got moved to another room and the WiFi was working and the host was aware but still send me in thinking that I wouldn’t discover the issue. If you want to enjoy your stay, I recommend you book with another host other than Cozy.

Excellent customer service by Cozy. A particular mention of Sandra whose excellent and exceptional customer service made our stay a worthwhile. I will unreservedly recommend Cozy apartments to anyone travelling to Ghana for vacation. Amazing experience

I like the price of the apartment. It’s very economical. However, the maintenance of the apartments could be better. I stayed there for a month and had to move twice due to faults with appliances and hardware. For instance the refrigerators leaked or wouldn’t get cold and the faucet fixture was loose, the washing machine didn’t work, the air conditioner stopped working, and unfortunately the entire property has a cockroach infestation They fumigated twice while I was there. It’s not all bad though, the property management was responsive in addressing any issues and worked diligently to make my stay as comfortable as possible and the manager that I dealt with should be commended. I truly appreciated their assistance in making my stay comfortable.

The place is okay. For the price I paid, I was expecting more. There were some faults with the furniture and the bathroom and the check-in was delayed by an hour

Last night in Accra before going to London, then back to the States. E erything was great as always. We ran out of papertowels and tissue. Called the agent and more was immediately brought up. I like how housekeeping is willing to clean if you are there more than 1 day. The washing machine helps not traveling with dirty clothes. Great company with many other properties.

This is our third time staying at the Gallery by Cozy. The agent is always sooo helpful. The maids offered to clean our room. The water is still hot and great. We are very comfortable. I requested our same room. It was given to me with no problem. The pool is great for night swimming. Plus, the mall is very close.

The agent was very accommadating. He allowed us to checkout LATE!! We were ALSO upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath when we reserved a 1 bed. It was a perfect Valentine's Date Night!!

The Cozy Apartments at the Gallery were very cozy. The agent was very helpful. The kitchen was equipped with Everything we needed. Water for thr shower was VERY hot. Anything we asked for, we received.

Security are not friendly

DO NOT STAY HERE! When I came here I got sent to a wrong room. The fridge had mold on it. The shower head was broken. Cigarettes burn marks on the sheets. The walls had hand prints all over them. I messaged the host they did not care. I had to leave and book a entire new place to stay

My property host Selassie was incredibly awesome on all levels.

Very clean and well kept.

I have stayed at this place via a different booking (Accra luxury apartments) and the place is quite nice. However, this particular one is a scam, after I booked online I was told there’s no availability and a different property was offered which I declined because that’s just bad business. I requested a refund but was directed to go through my booking agency. They tried multiple times but couldn’t reach the listing agent to approve the refund. Stay away from Gallery by Cozy.
