Newly opened and unestablished sadly. Beautiful location and great potential but hotel ownership seriously disappointing. Hotel staff (namely, William, Huyen & Rodika were exceptional) go truly above and beyond to accommodate stays in a hotel that is clearly not ready for guests and under ownership that has no idea how to run a hotel. It’s a great shame considering the potential that this hotel has given the location and architecture. Our stay was tainted by the ownership and sadly I wouldn’t return because of his unprofessional behaviour across the board. Perhaps if you’re not ready for guests don’t open? Or get a hotel manager, who is better versed in this field.

Had a great experience here! The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. The staff is excellent, and made sure our stay was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel, they made us extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was stunning, very private and the facilities were first class.

Everything from start to finish was a spectacular experience! The place is beautiful and peaceful, food was superb The staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Finca Sa Bastida for anyone visiting
