Nice place, near from Hokkaido University and the station. Not the prettiest, and the bed is a little hard, but it's okay. Need more outlets near the bed, a handtowel, and more hooks.

Everything is good except the tourist stay on the second floor make too much noise when walking because of that property does not have a thick floor
