Great place to stay. Easy walk from the train station and right the center of the city. Conveninetly located and overlooking a park! Great staff and excellent breakfast Amenities include a sauna and a very well equipped gym Highly reccomended!

Lovely hotel, great to have a hotel that offer you an early checkin option (for a fee) but worth it when you land at 5am! We had a beautiful corner room with so many windows. It was a beautiful outlook when having breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing. Staff very helpful and would definitely stay again.

Nice spot very clean and modern however not sure why they would have signs up that say WE Speak Gay like really is that required

Breakfast is top notch. The location is perfect to get to the train station for trips up to the article circle. They start early and you can walk to the train in 10 mins. Sauna and gym in the basement are great. Can’t wait to stay again when I’m back in Helsinki.

Great Location.Really comfortable bed

We had an unexpected overnight stay here when Finnair cancelled our flights, and were really happy with the hotel. A wonderful view over the snowy park, a warm welcome and a cosy room that was quiet and well equipped made the stay a pleasure. The bed was like a cloud, the shower hot and strong, and the reception and restaurant staff went above and beyond to help us in our situation. Well located, with a really nice vibe. We'd stay here again, for sure.

Excellent all around, no complaints. Thick almost sound proof doors, heated bathroom floor, great coffee machine, location location location!

Wonderful staff

We felt the Staff was very helpful The Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice . We felt getting to where we wanted to be was easy .

Good hotel, helpful staff (double checked info on trains as didn't seem right to them, for example. Facilities I used were good. My only gripes - mattress a bit soft for my tastes, and there were no drawers for clothes. Lots of hanging space, but not everything gets hung up.

We booked a standard room, which can be a little tight if you have 2 large luggage bags. Overall the bed was really comfy. Went and tried the gym, it was well catered with a range of machines, weights, resistance bands and boxing bags. Sauna was clean, very nice and big.

There’s certainly room for improvement in customer service, particularly in recognising Radisson Rewards members. The soundproofing in my room, at least, wasn’t the best, as I could clearly hear the television from the room next door. Also, while the rain wasn’t heavy, the design of the exterior windowsill amplified the sound of even light rain, making it seem as if there were a heavy downpour and storm outside, which partially disturbed my sleep. Breakfast was rather basic. There were a few interesting dishes, but overall, nothing special.
