It’s a nice trip and a pleasant stay in the hotel.

What a great spot - cute spaces, comfortable bed & pillows, very clean and convenient to the train and public transit. Perfect if doing business in KitchenerWaterloo. Only drawback is that is not close by to walk to dining or groceries. I will stay again!

My overall experience was pretty good. Our room was clean, there were plenty of cleaning products for us to use such as laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent which was great. You are basically renting a whole unit in a hotel setting for a great price.

Nice apartment, much better than a regular hotel given full size kitchen.

First room we were put into was extremely hot and the bathroom lighting didn’t work. We were moved to another room which was equally as hot. Parking is VERY expensive ($45 for less than 24 hours). Beautiful space, but for the price ($200/night), you should expect functioning AC and free, if not significantly cheaper, parking (even the $20 parking they offer is pricey in the grand scheme of things and compared to other parking in the area).

The property was nice. The room was setup with everything you would need. Clean. But parking was expensive and I still have not received my deposit back.

The laundry room gives you a whole condo at hotel room prices. Great place well feeling like your at home.

Lovely place to stay for a family visit to the University. Well equipped and nicely decorated, spacious apartment suite. Water pressure is a bit weak and daughter's sheet had a small stain. Would return.

Condo was so cute. Very clean and cozy, friendly concierge, nice shower soaps, and very comfy bed. Location is not the best. You have to uber to dining or entertainment.. unless you want to walk 15-20 min. We didn’t mind this. Will stay again.

Very nice location, great amenities

Great to place to stay close to downtown and the train station. Full apartment with everything you need, including washer dryer, iron, vacuum, dish soap and sponge, laundry detergent, wifi, dishes and cutlery, pots and utensils. Short walk to the Ion light rail and shops and restaurants. I stayed two nights but can imagine enjoying a longer stay here. The concierge staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
