Todo muy bien. Únicamente el servicio de bar que no está enlazado al servicio de hotel y tienes que pagar en efectivo por los consumos aparte.

AMAZING PRICE! They were very good and flexible to accomodate my needs. Room was simple and very clean. Good shower. The suttle service, payed extra, very efficient and worth it. Excellent local food breakfast in a charming setting, good service as well. I will go back in my returning trip soon!,

The room was wide and clean but the windows could not stay opened. We had to lift them toward the exterior but there was nothing to keep them like that. Not seeing outside is kind of depressing...The pool was very nice and refreshing.

This hotel is not soundproof which makes it hard to have quality sleep. I heard everything through the walls, noise in the hallwayd, noise on the dtreet at all hours of the night.

This is a nice Hotel in Guayaquil. However, I won't have french fries there anymore. Also the sauna is not that hot.

The choice of food was obsolete. They pretty much chose for you. The hours of the pool and bar were minimal and attendant was late and closed early. The pool was non functional for a whole day as well during our stay. The room was not as advertised and the bathroom was not functioning as it should leading us to have to change rooms.

During my stay i felt unsafe walking out at night as there isn’t any form of protection or security. The hotel also only provided breakfast, but not lunch or dinner.

This place was not bad at all for the price. Safe, clean, and friendly staff. Two options of breakfast, American style or local. Will stay there again.

The staff went above and beyond helping book medical tests and transportation arranged.

The many nooks and hallways of this hotel have some very interesting art being displayed. It is worthwhile exploring.

First of all, I got into my room, and I always check the bed and I found hair, floor, dirty, too much noise, curtains, dirty, and outdated, same food for the whole week. The ladies on the front desk very rude and doesn’t help you when it comes to ordering food. I will never stay in this place not even for free.
