Dear. Mr Rudy, Dear Sirs, Thank you for coming to our hotel and for the input you have provided. We really appreciate it. Regarding hot water kettles, to ensure the safety of our guests, we do not provide them in the rooms. As an alternative, we provide 2 free bottles of mineral water and provide a large glass hot water service with Aqua mineral water at a cost of IDR 5,000/glass.
