I was check in here for 4 night, the management want deposit RM200, it said will get back the money after 7 days working. Till now I didn't get any. The service is very bad, communication is a disaster. I got into their whatsapp group. Traveloka should investigate about this.I never experienced like this at anywhere else i checked in. The room i got have terrible smell from toilet. Don't check in here. I think i got totally scammed for the deposit.

I would not recommend staying here to all of you. The process is very complicated compared to others. Even though Bukit Bintang is better than here.

Very bad management, deposit not refunded. Tv not functioning. Small iron board. Cleaning fee rm60.

I still didn't get the deposited back after 10 days, the staff can't be reach? Ignore my messages and didn't respond or inform me anything.

It's been 13 days and the deposit hasn't been paid yet. Promised 3 times to pay but cheated until today and hasn't paid the deposit again

Register proses lambat shud be ws cust tapi ni cust kena ws owner. minta depo RM100 & RM50 for cleaning fee. bagi kunci without access card, everytime to entry need to ask guard. lantai berminyak but then after 2 days tiba2 inform cakap towel kotor then nak tolak duit depo without inform. towel guna 1 itu pon untuk lap badan. hahaha nonsense n very bad services

And deposit paid after 4 days, like threatening like that holding deposit and warning us. So damn close minded, OCD problem I guess. Better to do other business instead of investing here and getting hatred from customers. The lady mainly, 7 star hotel rules she applying.

The price near Apps ready tax is only RM88..when you want to pick up the key, you have to put a deposit of 250..when you check out, you want to wait for a deposit refund..it takes a long time..up to 3/4 days...you know, you have to refuse a deposit of 100..because the sheets and towels are dirty. .it's really dirty...

if possible, don't be very strict with the rules. He was very uncomfortable sitting near the Airbnb. And there is no remainder from the beginning to charge the Rm160 deposit. so very disappointed conclusion. just a mattress with a thin pillow. I have received the payment, please upgrade the house to make it more comfortable. Please reduce the rules for comfort

The room is nice but a few problem occurred which is the access card cannot be used, I hope the owner of this homestay can fix this issue.

All OK and good. Room clean. Apartment service all OK inclusive good facilities. Only late deposit return by admin post stay.

there are some shortcomings, no internet line & TV broadcast, wifi cannot be used, tap water in the kitchen does not work.

Very bad services. I stay 3 nights and 1st day complain on the wifi. The admin only reply will get unifi contractor to check. But still no one came and check. And during my 3 nights stay, there is no internet access. So even though have TV but can't watch at all as no internet. Last day staying also complain to The team 2 whatsapp group saying that disappointed on their services and no one assist on the wifi. Message only read by the team but no one reply at all.

Beautiful place to stay with clean house, room, bathroom and kitchen. Host were so friendly and helpfully. Check in and check out process were smooth. Overall, thumbs up. Very recommended! And I can't wait to stay here again!

Fraud deposit, be careful to stay here. This is far from supermarket, you should walk more than 1 km if you were just stay for days. This is not recommended place to stay.
