Great. Lots of restaurants around, good location, convenient to go anywhere. Attentive staff. My husband and I are very satisfied staying here. Worth the money.

Before, I stayed in the old quarter with the same price. But the experience when checking in, the welcome drink or the staff supporting me to the room with my luggage was very professional. Here, it is not like that, but the room space is beautiful, the decoration is very warm.

Staffs are incredibly friendly! Surroundings are peaceful and location is not very far from center, so highly recommend it!

The hotel is nice but the room has two porcelain vases hanging right next to the bed which is not very appropriate.

I was quite satisfied with the bedroom — it was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Although the hotel is located in a residential area, the surrounding road access is convenient, and there are food options nearby. However, there was one thing i found a bit disappointing, in my opinion, the staff weren’t very friendly and didn’t greet us with a smile. We did check in quite late, around 10 PM, but still, a warm smile would have been appreciated. It would’ve made us feel more welcome and helped ease our fatigue after a long journey 🙂

Friendly and enthusiastic staff from the security guard to the cleaning lady. Central location, convenient and easy to get around. Clean and tidy rooms.

I have stayed here twice, but this time I was a bit disappointed. The receptionists were really friendly, guests came and went as if invisible. The bellboy was enthusiastic and supported guests well. The room was ok, but there was a lot of dust on the table and pillowcases.

The second time here is still a great experience. The hotel is clean, close to the center so it's very convenient to move around.

Centrally located, easy to get to tourist attractions

Apartment-style room, fully furnished, with washing machine, kitchen and dishes… Spacious, airy room, next to Temple of Literature. Very convenient to travel to central locations. I did not order food so I cannot rate the food.

Even though I had booked and paid in advance, when I arrived to check in, I was informed that there were no rooms available. So they upgraded my room. Except for that, everything else was perfect. The staff were super friendly (especially Rose), the rooms were clean and fragrant. However, I hope that next time the hotel will pay attention to updating guests booking on the app to avoid the same situation as me. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi, I will definitely come back again!!!
