Beautiful building with very professional stuff Good location

I travel the world and stay at only 5 star luxury hotels. The room at the Rosewood Munich was the prettiest room and greatest amenities I have ever stayed at with a free standing gorgeous bath with bath salts and tea and kettle and spacious and the lost goes on. Left Munich and now staying at the Rosewood Vienna because of my room at the Rosewood Munich!

The hotel is beautiful and the service was top notch!

The staff nor good, imagine that I asked the waiter for food at 9:20 pm, when it was 9:50 pm the food did not arrive complete, he said it was missing, he went to the kitchen and came back saying, sorry the kitchen closed 5 minutes ago, we can't do anything else, now I ask: can a hotel like this leave the guest hungred !

Exceptional property and location. Service levels of concierge and at breakfast were surprisingly poor for an otherwise excellent hotel.

The staff and the hotel were great!

The hotel is new, 8 months old. The phone calls to reception are not answered. On average it took 30 minutes to contact front desk. (The phone were working properly). Rooms are not cleaned properly and not refreshed up in the afternoon. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. Poor management was so obvious.

Wir wurden schon lange nicht mehr so gut empfangen wie im Rosewood Munich! Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir direkt ein Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen – als wäre es das Selbstverständlichste der Welt. Auch ein Late Check-out war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es gab keinerlei Wartezeiten – weder an der Rezeption noch beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück, das am Wochenende bis 11:30 Uhr serviert wird, war Spitzenklasse, und auch die Drinks in der wunderschönen Bar Montez waren einfach fantastisch. Wir werden in München künftig immer im Rosewood Munich unterkommen. Eine ausserordentlich empfehlenswerte Adresse! Jeder Wunsch wird einem von den Lippen abgelesen. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, geräumig und makellos sauber. Alles war perfekt. Auch der Wellnessbereich lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für dieses unvergessliche Wochenende. Hier lohnt es sich wirklich, seine Zeit zu verbringen.

Excelente hotel e bem localizado. Bom restaurante. A equipe do hotel precisa ser mais homogênea. Alguns funcionários deixam a desejar e outros são muito eficientes e educados.
