I travel the world and stay at only 5 star luxury hotels. The room at the Rosewood Munich was the prettiest room and greatest amenities I have ever stayed at with a free standing gorgeous bath with bath salts and tea and kettle and spacious and the lost goes on. Left Munich and now staying at the Rosewood Vienna because of my room at the Rosewood Munich!

The staff nor good, imagine that I asked the waiter for food at 9:20 pm, when it was 9:50 pm the food did not arrive complete, he said it was missing, he went to the kitchen and came back saying, sorry the kitchen closed 5 minutes ago, we can't do anything else, now I ask: can a hotel like this leave the guest hungred !

The hotel is new, 8 months old. The phone calls to reception are not answered. On average it took 30 minutes to contact front desk. (The phone were working properly). Rooms are not cleaned properly and not refreshed up in the afternoon. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. Poor management was so obvious.

Absolut makelloses, super elegantes und wunderschön designtes Zimmer. Der Spa-Bereich war ebenfalls grossartig. Einziges kleines Manko war der etwas chaotische Service beim Frühstück. Ansonsten ein top Hotel!

Upea palvelu, kertakaikkiaan upea kokemus. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla, ihan keskellä kaikkea. Huone oli todella kaunis, kaikki hotellissa on melkein jopa koskematonta. Todella siisti ja kaunis hotelli. Ehdottomasti haluan palata joskus hotelliin.

Hier wird deutlich, dass nicht edles Design die Qualität eines Hauses bestimmt, sondern Personal, Professionalität, praktische Verständnis und eine funktionierende Technik. Daran hapert es im Rosewood. Email werden nicht gelesen, Transfer von einem ins andere Zimmer dauert gern eine Stunde, Bestellungen und Service beim Frühstück sind langwierig und kompliziert. Hier sind die Tische dicht gedrängte. Jeder Mitarbeiter verfolgt seine Aufgabe, doch das Füreinander fehlt. Das Duschen in der Umkleide setzt alles Unterwasser. Aufzüge halten nicht in der Lobby.
