Second time here. Overall it was a good stay for 1 night. The room is clean, smells good and quite complete for its facility. This hotel is shared for its bathrooms and toilets, that is only the down point. But it's still okay for me. The interior also good, can do OOTD there.

friendly staff, the room is also very clean and bright. only the bathroom is dirty and filthy, the shower room looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time because the floor is black and hasn't been brushed for a long time then I managed to get a "bonus" in the women's toilet. well it's not entirely the hotel's fault because it's a shared bathroom. then on the second day morning, the water was off for more than 1 hour. even though it was the time when people wanted to go out so it was quite ruining the plan. So so experience staying here

Sleep Box Penang is great accommodation for my family and I when staying in Penang. It is located in strategic location and surrounded by many attractions, shops, restaurant, and bars. To go anywhere is just walking distance. It is very reccomended accommodation.

I will definitely come back here if I have a holiday in Penang.. the hotel is that comfortable, the staff are friendly, the bus stop is right across the hotel (Banana Boutique), a short walk to Chulia Food Street.. highly recommended.. yesterday I got 400 thousand (solo trip) if there are two of us, it can be much more economical, around 200 thousand per night 😍

The room, toilet, bathroom are all clean. If you want to ask for a room to be cleaned, you have to request it to the receptionist. The hotel facilities are really good.. there is a hairdryer in every room, a smoking area can be on the balcony, there is a refrigerator, microwave, dispenser that can be used together. The most gong is the self laundry that can be used for free!!

Unfortunately, receptionist isn't standby for 24 hours while I have to catch up my early morning flight. I have confirmed to the receptionist previous night and they say it 's possible to do check out in the early morning. Finally I did self check out while lossing 50 RM of my deposit.

Recommended! The hotel feels like home, clean, comfortable, fragrant. Really satisfied. Although the toilet is outside, it is clean. The staff is also very friendly. Really satisfied and will come back here if I go to Penang.

Everything in the hotel is good but the bars beside the hotel play the music too loud until 3am midnight.

I stayed for 4 nights for a solo traveling and it was superb! The location of the hotel is very close to anywhere, central of Georgetown, and close to many cafes and restaurants - all just by walking distance! And Arafat made me feel so welcome and attended all my needs. He is super friendly! Thank you for an amazing stay.

The check-in process was fast, the room was spacious enough for a solo traveler. Clean and provided with a shower bag because the bathroom is shared. Location close to tourist attractions.

Booked a family room for 5 days, we really enjoy our stay here. Hotel staff are friendly, room was clean and spacious. Apart from noisy sound everynight (I think theres live performance neaby hotel) overall the hotel was great! Strategic location, easy to go one place to another just by walk. Highly recommend, would definitely come back again:).

Everything is ok, strategic location close to everywhere, and the room is very comfortable even though there is music at night but it is still ok.
