Ugly room, stuffy, the guard talks a lot, check out everywhere is at 12, here it's at 11. It's only 11.01 and there's already a knock on the door. LOL, funny.

A fairly comfortable low budget hotel. The staff are quite friendly. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness. And when I stayed, the TV could not be used, there was no mineral water, and there were no amenities for bathing.

It's just so-so, standard and the price.

Very good bargain. VERY spacious. Clean. TV, AC, hot water. All worked great. And of course, the location. The only down side is the pillow and the bed. They are due for replacement. And the cleaning team needs to be trained to do a proper cleaning in bathroom faucets, wall, everything. Will definitely come back.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di sini, kamarnya sangat bersih, tempat tidur sangat nyaman dan wangi, kamar mandinya sangat bersih dan air panas lancar, WIFI bagus, sangat kencang, AC dingin, pelayanan staf sangat ramah. Sangat memuaskan dan pasti akan kembali lagi menginap di sini.

Kamar bauh pengap, toilet jorok, tidak sebanding dengan harga, sprei mau rokok seperti tidak pernah di ganti, wastafel rusak.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, strategic location nearby Renon and business district area in Denpasar and only 5 minutes to Sanur.

Many ceilings are seeping and leaking when it rains.

The single bed room is not recommended, the air conditioner is leaking, the wall paint also looks like there are lots of leaks, the room is stuffy, you can't get a drink. Facilities in the palace single bed, AC, TV (few channels), warm water for bathing, wardrobe.

Pelayanan ramah dan kamar bersih bagus cuma hanya saja kelengkapan air minum tidak tersedia dan batas check out juga dikurangi max jam 11 siang gara-gara promo, jadi agak bingung kebijakannya hehe terima kasih.

The rooms are quite spacious and clean for a double, cold air conditioning, there is a refrigerator too, the bathroom hot water is smooth, the environment is quiet. There are not many rooms. With a cheap price for me, it is very satisfying, because it is a simple hotel concept so there is no drinking water or minibar provided. No need to worry because there is a Circle to the nearby which is open 24 hours, and there are many eating places around it. The receptionist is friendly but does not stand by all the time, can be contacted at the attached WA number. Maybe it depends on the guest too, if you behave politely the receptionist will be happy to help.
