Kamar mandi bocor dari lantai atas dan tidak ada info, gak jadi nginap n tidak bisa di batalkan. Mengecewakan 😩.

Saat tiba disuruh cancel oleh pemiliknya, lalu di tinggal begitu saja padahal di apk tiba bisa refund. Niat cepat istirahat karena perjalanan jauh jadi harus cari tempat lainnya. Uang tidak kembali.

Dengan harga yang ditawarkan sangat menyenangkan, kamar luas dan bersih, kasur nyaman buat tidur. Jika kesini siap alat mandi karena hanya disediakan handuk saja.

Kami minta maaf yang sebesar-besarnya atas kejadian tersebut dan kami tidak akan mengulangi kembali. Kami berharap masih diberi kesempatan untuk menginap di oyo putih syariah, pihak oyo harusnya klarifikasi dulu jadi kami mengerti akan kejadian tersebut.

First time in Blitar City, because there were events for a week and during the Christmas holidays there were lots of things that were expensive, finally I found accommodation that could be said to be a koolkost and the price was affordable at the end of the year situation. But I had a good impression, just ordered at night and went to the location at 12 at night. Still very well served and the father/mother/children are very friendly, really really recommended because it is also very close to Indomaret, food stalls, in front of the inn there is also a mosque, access to the city is also close if you want to go for a walk. Makes your staycation fun too, spacious parking area, there is a relaxing room too. There is a public kitchen. I don't mind the lack of TV & AC, only a fan, but the place and environment are clean. I am very comfortable and suitable for backpackers like me.

Hotel bersih, ramah dan sesuai dengan gambar. Cuma ternyata tidak AC, sedangkan di deskripsi ada fasilitas AC. Mungkin itu yang perlu diperbaiki. Menggunakan kamar menggunakan kipas angin.
