The best experience staying here, all the staff are friendly, all the facilities are really good and complete, there is a hairdryer too.. the night air when sleeping is cold so I don't use the AC anymore.. I don't regret staying here ❤️

The place is comfortable, but there aren't many floating dining areas in the pool because they require special notes. Perhaps one or two floating dining areas could be provided in each room. Recommended 👍

You can request room decoration and enjoy floating breakfast in the room. The hotel is also not far from the Ciwidey square, very strategic. The food is delicious, the menu choices are quite varied. The service is okay, the room is clean. Overall satisfied staying here.
