I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very spacious and clean. I got it for under 300,000 Rupiah, with excellent amenities.

maybe they can finish first their construction of the building and could improve the wifi speed. Also, please change the sheet cover , i stayed for 3 days and they didnt change it. But, still good hotel is so strategic

The twin bed is size 120, big so you can sleep comfortably, perfect for family, the pool is big, awesome

The hotel is recommended, only one thing is missing, there is no spoon in the room for brewing coffee/tea.

The staff is agile when something goes wrong and the staff is friendly.

The room is stuffy and damp, room 1 is on the ground, the wifi is unclear and there is no signal. Please maintain the room because it is stuffy and damp...

This should be a nice hotel, but the maintenance is terrible. The elevator and the surrounding corridors are always dirty. Most of the staff seem untrained. There are no room phones, and the Wi-Fi is super slow.

food is ok, just lacking... the atmosphere is all very satisfying

Maybe because there was pipe repair work being done.. so the bedroom smelled a bit like the toilet.. the toilet was also not cleaned properly. There were spider webs in the room.

The locations are pretty good and room have pool access /1st floor is good choice for your comfort and cleanliness. You may select the room with poll access or in 1st floor. Bedsheet somehow found many dust, maybe the cleaning staff forgot to change the bed sheet after the room was idle in long periods. Please help increase the cleanliness because the building process are not yet done. For room in 3rd floor still many dusts & for future staff must clean everyday.

spacious, comfortable, clean room, TV can be turned on, AC is on, swimming pool is spacious and clean. There is a children's pool, spacious car park, opposite there is Transmart Bali, close to Kuta beach. There is no mini fridge.

I stayed here for 5 nights starting July 1st. I stayed in room 122. The only pleasant things here were the location and the spacious room. I'm not sure how to describe the rest. 1. After checking in, the room had no amenities. Not even water. I had to ask for it first before it was given to me. 2. Cleanliness, not sure. Cobwebs everywhere. The floor was dirty. 3. Surprisingly, a cockroach was crawling out of the bathroom mirror. There were even eggs. I reported it to the front desk, and they only gave me insect repellent spray. What an excellent idea to kill insects. I might have killed myself inside the room as well. 4. Night 3. No one cleaned the room. I don't know, maybe they forgot. The PMR sign was on, and no one was cleaning it. I complained to the front desk, and they just gave me the towel. No apology, no solution, nothing! Not even offered to clean the room right away. Well, staying here for 5 nights was just a mistake. Could get better service, better cleanliness, and better experience In other places.

Hotel location is really strategic, but it seems like the hotel is still on going renovation or development, so you would find it little bit messy..yet it is family friendly hotel, and the pool is excellent

the room is full of cockroaches..the bed is sandy. when checking in it was still very dirty, the towels were only arranged at 00.30 😭. the sheets were stained, the room was very damp. the bathroom door was broken.. the hotel is really not suitable for living in
