When booking, it clearly said "Air Conditioned." But we were given a non-AC room. There was no receptionist; keys were collected from a locker, and the only means of communication was WhatsApp.

the room is clean, the service is good, but the room is too small, it's a bit difficult for the prayer room and the shower water pressure is too slow.. the water to take a shower is too slow, you have to use the faucet to shower... everything else is ok..

the room is clean, only the room is narrow,, the fountain in the bathroom is very slow, it is not comfortable to take a shower... I have to use the sink to take a shower, please improve in terms of water pressure, please make it faster. TQ
