Clean, friendly staff, good hospitality

The hotel staff is very friendly, everything is close to everywhere, 7-Eleven is just outside the hotel, Pratunam Market is close, and the BTS station is also close.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is close to TOFU skincare, Platinum, December's Big C, Central World, Pratunam Night Market. Next to the hotel there is Nasi Padang 😍, a large 7-Eleven. Strategically located, spacious, clean rooms with the best view. Taxis are available for airport transportation, travel tours, and massages. Complete and highly recommended. Affordable price 🫶🏻

"Tori Crown Hotel" should provide good service, such as remote TV in bedroom, bedroom cleaning and replace towel every day, put some room fragrance at floor corridor. Come on, you can make it better bro...

Judging from the interior of the room, it seems like the hotel is old... but in terms of room size, it's okay. Yesterday I chose the family room, it was really big so it was comfortable. The staff were also friendly. As for the location.... it's in an alley.... it's quite a walk, but if you know the ins and outs, it's close to Pratunam Market.

Friendly female staff, easy and fast check in, location is a bit tucked away, takes about 10 minutes walk to the food court center, 7-11 is just across the hotel, rooms are a bit dirty and noisy, there is a massage place on the 1st floor

stayed 5 nights here, checked in at 11.30 pm and was still served by the friendly receptionist. got a room on the 5th floor. quite close to the pratunam, platinum and tofu shopping centers. had the chance to try the foot reflexology massage service right in the hotel lobby, it was really good, it relieved the aches in my feet because I had been walking for days. next to the hotel there is Padang rice which I think tastes good too. the hotel's front sevel is also quite helpful when you're hungry in the middle of the night. the only minus is the mattress which is not soft enough, no toothbrush and toothpaste provided (but it doesn't matter because every traveler definitely brings their own) overall my experience staying here was pleasant.

I love that they actually have a massage place at the lobby with competitive prices. Super friendly staffs and they helped us with our locked door once. They also cleaned and refilled everything everyday, which is nice. A bit old furniture but well maintained. Overall it was a good experience. Would love to stay there again and having a foot massage ☺️
