A simple and comfortable guest house, strategically located near the Harmoni busway stop, close to coffee shops, culinary spots, minimarkets, and ATMs. It's perfect for transit in the Central Jakarta area. There are two types of rooms: one with an en suite bathroom and the other with a shared bathroom. They have a smart TV, and a shared kitchen and dining area.

Planned to stay 1 day turned into 3 days because it was comfortable and close to everywhere. The service is like staying in a star hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. You can cook by yourself with super complete kitchen utensils and you can store anything in the big size refrigerator in the kitchen.

suitable accommodation for business purposes. the standard room I got had bunk beds, so if there were two of us, one could be on top if we didn't want to be crowded. There was a work desk, small but comfortable enough to use a laptop. there were 2 bathrooms outside the room, shared with other guests. the bathroom was clean with a hot and cold shower and towels and soap were provided. breakfast, a plate of fried rice, was served in the dining room which was equipped with a shared kitchen so you could cook if you wanted to add your own menu. there was also a hot water dispenser for brewing tea or coffee or cold water to fill the tumbler.

No problem during the stay. The location is easy to find, close to Harmoni Exchange, Padang Merdeka Restaurant.

Glad to be able to stay here. Close to everywhere for those of you who have business in Central Jakarta.

Can check in early without paying as long as the room is available. No key deposit. I booked a deluxe, large room size, wide bed, quite wide bathroom, hot water available, clean sheets, clean bathroom. Strategic location. A short walk away there are snacks, close to the Transjakarta bus stop a short walk. There is a shared kitchen, just provide your own cooking ingredients. Next time I go to Jakarta, I want to come here again. Very cheap price, clean and spacious room, good service, friendly staff.

I booked 2 deluxe rooms. The friendliness of the staff, the accommodation facilities were all very satisfying. I recommend cheap accommodation in the middle of the city, homestay facilities, and comfortable, at Lugano Arte Homestay.

I stayed in a suit type, spacious room, strategic location. However, when we did not ask for a change of towels, they were not replaced, amenities were also not provided every day. Maybe we should ask for it. Breakfast was only fried rice every day. Unfortunately there was no electric kettle in the room, so we had to go down to the kitchen to get hot water. I stayed for 3 days.

It's comfortable to stay here, the only downside is that the room isn't soundproof.

For that price, it's really good, comfortable, cold air conditioning, clean bathroom. For standard rooms, the bathroom is outside.
