I've stayed here twice... comfortable, clean, cold AC and the bed is also soft... the receptionist staff is also helpful

For staying very good and the location is also great. But the parking problem is very uncomfortable because the vehicle parking facilities in this case cars are only available for those who board there while for guests who stay are not allowed by the security there so our vehicles can only park on the street in front of the inn. It doesn't really matter, but if we go out a bit late in the day we are afraid that the car parked on the street will be locked by the transportation agency or will be towed so that it is very detrimental to us. My suggestion is to inform customers who want to stay regarding the parking lot that is not available. Thank you

The room is very spacious, spacious-soundproof. But unfortunately, when we arrived the toilet and bathroom smelled of urine, no tissue and soap were provided, the room still smelled of cigarettes, the bedsheet, pillowcase and bed cover were very dirty, there were lots of chocolate marks on the bedsheet, the mattress was still soft, the pillows were already bad and flat and small overall cleanliness of the bed: 2 out of 10, very dirty. The bath towels were also very dirty brown, rivaling the doormat. I see a lot of potential of Cove, but this is the second time I have stayed at Cove (1 in Seminyak) it has never been satisfying, not as advertised, wherever the problem is always cleanliness. If you read the reviews, please improve it, try to see the quality of the bedsheet, towels, etc.

The room is very spacious, large twin bed size, separate clean toilet, good hot water shower, TV channel, AC and lighting are very good, strategic location of the city, but there is no mat. Cleanliness is lacking including towels, sheets and bed covers look dirty there are stains. So far for a stopover Ok lah.

My plane has just landed at 2:00 AM, and no one was at the reception. There was only a notice left stating that they would not process guests who arrived after 10:00 PM. Such a courtesy!!!

This is more like a boarding house, not a hotel. The place is clean, room facilities such as TV do not have a Netflix application.

The room is very spacious, very comfortable. Clean and fragrant, the water is strong. It's just that maybe there's a lack of a mat, you have to ask the CS first for a mat because when you get out of the bathroom, it's impossible to get wet because the floor is slippery. But the rest is really good, recommended for staying around Central Jakarta, will come back to stay here if you go to Central Jakarta 🔥

check in hours are only until 10 pm so be careful for travelers who check in after 10 pm. strategic location close to various malls (metro pasar baru), pasar baru, soto betawi globe, indomaret (not 24 hours, if you walk a little further there will be a 24 hour one) the room is very spacious, maybe the length is the size of 3x double beds. the double bed mattress is according to the photo, clean, comfortable, cold air conditioning. The TV is smart and had problems not being able to turn on / blank screen but the sound came out. after being turned off and restarted it could run smoothly. there is also a water dispenser.. the downside is that the room is not cleaned every day, only by request. there are no chairs in the room so all activities are on the bed / floor, water from bathing often seeps out the bathroom door, there is no shampoo, only soap and toothbrush and toothpaste. thanks cove, maybe I will come back to cove pasar baru if I have business in central Jakarta again.

Very good, the staff is also friendly

After 22.00 there were no more guards, even though our flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel at 23.00. That day we moved to another hotel. We couldn't contact all the phones listed, we called the staff for almost an hour but not a single one showed up, finally we were helped by the security next door. Booked a president suite room, but entered the room smelled of cigarettes, the sheets were messy and full of yellow stains, entered the bathroom there was toothpaste residue and a used toothbrush. Even though we were just about to check in.

Not recommended, never try this hotel or you'll waste your money for nothing. All bad from any sides

The place is clean. Close to the food court, uuh fun 🥳. The staff is also friendly, the parking lot is lacking, because it is combined with the boarding house. But for all, it's great 💫.

Staff are not friendly, bathrooms need cleaning and mats need replacing which are soaking wet.
