Old room, dirty bed sheets and pillows..

This is a motel, not a hotel. It's dirty and smells terrible. The towels are like rags, there's no toilet paper, the bathroom smells terrible. I asked the owner why it's a motel but they say it's a hotel, but he didn't say anything.

I booked a room even though I had contacted the hotel in advance that I would be late because I was traveling by car. The receptionist said it was comfortable and that late check-in was possible. When I arrived, I called the hotel but the line was busy :))) Bad experience

The room is very shabby, very far from the city center, like it hasn't been cleaned yet and already welcomed new guests.

So good I feel like I should use this place
