An excellent host but a property that feels dated with amenities that were unfortunately not well-kept. Towels and bed sheets were not the best condition either. The host is a good person and the area is quite fantastic otherwise

The host was very professional and made sure our stay was comfortable. He allowed us to check into our hotel half a day earlier when our bus arrived earlier than expected; for a small fee. The rooms are spacious and the washer/dryer/fridge/kitchen option is nice to have. If we want the local vibe then the alley neighborhood behind the hotel has that for you; local street food, market, etc.

The service is excellent. Clean and affordable place.

Room is very spacious and comfortable for 2 pax. Location is also very convenient as we can easily get a Grab and travel around HCM. Diny is a friendly host and very nice of him to recommend us many things such as local cuisine.

Dinh was great when we needed assistance and service. I would stay at this apartment again!

Worth it

It's very nice room and nice view. Also, the host is a nice guy. The place is convenient and safe. We love the swimming pool, specially by night time. Recommendation to host: need more lights in the living room. The chandelier of 6 but only 1 dime bulb there, not enough lights to work at night time. We will book your place again when we come back to Vietnam.

Stayed 3 nights at this well maintained and well located property, close to Landmark 81 and the Central Park. The apartment mgr, Dinh, was more than helpful, and assisted with even small things like power adapters and chargers that i had forgotten to pack. I requested for a late checkout due to an urgent zoom meeting that became longer than expected and he still didnt disturb me or ask me to leave, despite suffering the loss of another booking for same room. I really appreciate him for his understanding and support. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a pleasant and safe, secure, well maintained studio apartment with all amenities provided for, in this part of Sai Gon. Looking forward to my next stay. Thank you Dinh for excellent service! Cam on ban!!

The facilities were good, clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Diny provided us a great condo and good experiences here. Very kind person, once you have a questions he always quickly reply. If you don't know where to live, this is the best decision you can make.

It was a real comfortable apartment during 1week stay in HCMC. The owner is one of the kindest person in HCMC,and welcome the guest with good emotion. The location is easy to access to the center of city by car or bikes, If you want to enjoy the stay in HCMC, this appartment is one of the good selection.
