Nice room, convenient location, there is also a cafe downstairs where you can sit and drink while waiting to check in.

No one wants to travel and be annoyed, check in takes a long time. I am not satisfied with the way the hotel handles customer feedback. The room is spacious, clean but the service quality is not good.

Hotel is clean, beautiful, wonderful. Satisfied. There is a noodle shop nearby at K126 named Thuy. Not on the map, clean and delicious food

We booked for 3 people, but we only got 2 set of towel. When we asked more, the staff didn't give us. We stay on 3rd floor and we arrived at night. Little bit scary on the 3rd floor because the lamp was off and very dark. The staff's English Communication Skill also not really good
