I really like this hotel. This is my first time staying here. I got a price under 400k via the app and entered the lobby, it was very clean and fragrant, the hotel staff was friendly. I took the elevator, it was clean and fragrant, the carpet in the hallway was very well maintained. When I entered the room, wow, I liked it. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Then there's this cute thing, the toothbrush is cute. Let's see the photos later. The sheets and bed cover were clean and fragrant, the pillows were 4 thick. I feel like I want to mention all the details, but it will be considered exaggeration. One more thing, there is a spacious parking lot behind the hotel and the atmosphere is not scary. It is well maintained. At first, I saw the rating on the hotel app, 9.3/10. I didn't believe it, but I was curious. And after arriving at this hotel, in just 1 minute I agreed with the people who gave good ratings about d'prima hotel.

I've been to Surabaya frequently and stayed at several hotels, and D'primahotel has excellent service. Clean rooms, friendly staff and security, delicious breakfast, and close to restaurants and shopping. Good job.

I stayed for one night. We didn't have connecting rooms, but we got rooms facing each other. Room 717 was comfortable, but room 716 smelled of cigarettes, even though there was a no-smoking sticker. Luckily, my kids didn't mind. Thank you, Dprima Hotel. Next time I'm in transit in Surabaya, I'll stay here 🙏🙏🙏
