The staff is friendly, but they don't often stand by at the reception. I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the mattress and sheets, the King Koil is the best. The downside is the hallway next to the room smells of sewage. I was a little annoyed when the staff forgot to give me change. Please check again because I'm too lazy to ask so I just let it go, but overall it's good 🤍

very slow check in process. Maybe the staff on duty at that time was not competent. It was clear that I booked through Traveloka, and there was already a guest list in the application, but I was still asked for proof of transfer 😩 finally waited half an hour. Add breakfast at a cheap price, but for the variety of food is ordinary and simple. The weather in Surabaya is really hot, but fortunately the AC works well. The bathroom is narrow and the water pressure is very low on the 3rd floor, so it is not comfortable.
