The hotel & rooms are very clean, spacious, aesthetic.

The staff is friendly. Parking is very limited, but there's a valet attendant. Check-in and check-out can be quite long. A deposit of IDR 100,000 is required per room. Unfortunately, what I didn't like was the smell of the bathroom. It smelled like a clogged drain, damp, and uncomfortable. Furthermore, it's small. There were no proper hangers or towels. In my opinion, this was quite disturbing. The room itself was spacious, but the sheets were itchy and had lots of stains.

In terms of location, the room ambiance is okay. The downside is getting a connecting room... it seems like it's with other guests, even though it's locked it can't be opened but it's less soundproof because there's a part that's only adjacent to the door. But overall the room is quite comfortable. My husband's breakfast was chicken that was still red inside. For other things, it's general, like a comparable hotel standard. It was a bit surprising from the front, it was straight uphill, it turned out the elevator access is from the ground floor through the parking area. Overall okay. Maybe a bit pricey coinciding with the school holiday period.

Recommended. I want to stay here again.

Strategic location near Alun-alun Batu. Book 2 rooms and get adjoining rooms. There's a connecting room. It's great. 👍

Got a corner room, the view is of the mountains on the right and left with glass windows. Literally sleeping with a view. SmartTV with YouTube is always an attractive option for those who bring kids. The downside is because the corner room is on the side of the road, so it's a bit noisy. But it's very forgivable with the view, which is amazing. The food is delicious, but there's not much variety. Really love it for a budget hotel. There's also a cafe right in front, strategic.

This is my umpteenth time staying at Gendhis, everything is okay, the breakfast is delicious especially the fried rice. Will be back.

A very strategic hotel, 5 minutes from Alun-Alun Batu. The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is delicious. The swimming pool is kids friendly because it is short. If you want a comfortable rest, the hotel is really good.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, the hotel is very close to the city center square. But when I arrived I requested a room upstairs but they said it was full, the breakfast was not very varied for the price I was staying at, the taste was good (standard).

Recommended accommodation options if you want to go to Batu square without having to bother looking for parking because it can be reached on foot from the hotel, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. Parking is a bit difficult for large vehicles because it turns sharply when entering. Breakfast variations are a bit lacking but the taste is delicious.
