Comfortable, close to the lake, just a short walk away

Very disappointed, the service is not good. 😪

The room was very damp (the floor was wet), there were no towels, the hot water was not flowing smoothly, the TV could not watch broadcasts, there were lots of mosquitoes in the bathroom (had to buy mosquito repellent spray) but the hotel staff were friendly and quick to welcome guests and arrange difficult parking, hopefully there will be improvements to the facilities

The room is clean, close to Telaga Sarangan, comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel several times but this is the first time I felt uncomfortable. There were many cigarette butts in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. I am not a smoker so I felt disgusted. The bed sheets were also full of holes. There were no towels available when I entered the room. I had to ask for them at the reception.

The room is very cool and clean.

* Hot water for bathing is not available. * The spring bed is already flat. * With hotel rates like this, it seems too expensive.

Friendly staff, easy to reach location, because parking is limited, staff assist, close to the lake even though it doesn't face the lake directly (100 meters). In general, everything is good.

The location is very strategic. Right on the entrance path of the lake. The facilities are the same as other lodgings, the price is also cheap. Only the cleanliness is very lacking in my opinion. The sheets seem not to have been changed because there are many stains, when the water tank is empty you have to fill it yourself, there are rotten wood marks on the bathroom door that have not been cleaned by the staff.

The hotel staff is friendly, the vibes are really cool, comfortable and overall cool.

I give a rating of 3 out of 6. 1. Friendly service. 2. Good View. 3. Location close to the lake. Minus. 1. Got a bathroom with a leaking tub. 2, the maps are confusing. 3. The hot water doesn't turn on in the morning and evening.

The bathroom tub is leaking, the toilet is hard to flush.

The location is really surprising because the road is uphill and winding 🥺 I didn't get an aqua bottle, there wasn't enough hot water. But yes, the rooms are okay and the staff are okay.

Close to the lake, the guard is agile and professional in his work.

Not recommended for the mendang mending crowd.

Quite close to Sarangan Lake.
