Our second time staying here. During our stay, there were two big events ongoing at Agora mall beside the hotel, with heavy traffic until 10 PM. Otherwise, it is generally manageable. Rooms are spacious and well-priced. We were initially assigned a suite room, which we assumed was a higher tier than Premier and would have a bathtub. Unfortunately, the suite room only came with a shower, so we opted to change to an Executive room for a small fee. The hotel gave us a discounted upgrade price of 600k/night, including taxes. We love the indoor heated pool of this hotel; it is also of adequate size. We could swim regardless of the weather, and the heated pool makes it comfortable to jump in anytime. All rooms come with a kitchenette, dining table, and a washer/dryer, which makes it a good stay. Breakfast spread changes daily, and from what I noticed, it follows a theme – local, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Japanese, etc. As mentioned, Agora mall is located right next to the hotel. It has a cinema, arcade, bowling, good food selection, and a massage (a very small establishment; you could get them to come to the hotel for a reasonable fee). FamilyMart is small, while the supermarket is 'opening soon,' but it has been so for quite some time. Location is at Thamrin and near to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia mall. Overall, an excellent stay for the price, and we'd definitely be back!

Stayed at Parkroyal Jakarta for a quick business transit visit. Arrived early, and the hotel accommodated an early check-in seamlessly, along with complimentary snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive to all requests. The location is excellent; you have easy access to the connected mall, and BRTS options make commuting convenient, especially for solo travelers. The food quality was good, and the in-room facilities were well-maintained, comfortable, and up to expectations.

The place is comfortable, the rooms are clean, and upon arrival, you're greeted with a warm and welcoming welcome. The pool is warm, and there are complimentary snacks and drinks. A stay here is definitely worth it.

Would definitely stay again. Had such a relaxing getaway even though it's right in the city, you don't feel it as you're up in the clouds.

The bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, all were perfect, soundproof, no noise from outside. the only problem was very bad traffic jam of the surrounding, we went from back/ side entrance from Thamrin city , almost one hour to reach the hotel. Actually the Agora mall has side gate entrance for cars, but the fence was close all time, even people cannot access, so must round through main gate , and it waste more than 15 minutes just for 250 m distance ( We checked in on saturday afternoon )
