Quiet atmosphere, cool environment... There are rice fields... And finding food/coffee outside is easy and you don't have to worry if you want to go to the airport, there are pick-up and drop-off facilities. Want to go back again...

Good service, recommended for those who want to stay for an early morning flight, there is a free shuttle to the airport.

Maybe the toilet for flushing needs more attention. Overall perfect just the toilet

the room is good, only breakfast is said to start at 6 am on the second floor, when I went there at 6 am there was nothing. and I was just informed that the food would be delivered to the room. I had ordered and only ordered 1 fried rice and it was not delivered for more than an hour, finally the food was canceled because I had an appointment outside. the service is really bad. no apology or anything, no confirmation from the start. I don't think I will recommend this hotel to people close to me or acquaintances.

Overload is quite good starting from the friendly hotel staff, the breakfast menu is quite varied, the parking area is quite large, the room facilities are quite complete. However, it is very unfortunate that the cleanliness of the room unit is not very clean, usually the housekeeping department cleans the room unit when the guest leaves and when the guest returns to the room unit that was left is still the same as when the guest left. To the hotel management to pay more attention to the condition of the room unit before being handed over to the guest, thank you

Highly recommended for guests visiting Medan and need to stay overnight for a trip with an early morning flight. Great with its airport shuttle facilities. The rooms are also clean ❤ ‍🩹.

The staff is very friendly, really nice, the reception is 24 hours at the hotel and free drop off and pick up to the best Kuala Namu airport 👍.

The staffs are friendly and informative about the area around. Our breakfast was delicious and had good options. Just need improvements for water quality in the toilet & shower room.

The hotel is comfortable. It is close to Kualanamu airport, so it is very helpful because the distance is close. The hotel was also very helpful when I asked for help to be taken to the airport early in the morning. If I go to Medan again tomorrow, I will stay here again. Thank you. For food, I happened to only eat fried rice. The taste of the fried rice is just standard. But the comfort and service of the hotel are good. 🙏

The place is clean. Convenient access to the hotel is easy to find.

The service is good, the staff are nice. But the room blocked the mobile signal that I couldn't use my mobile internet. They have WiFi of course, but it 's slow as hell, it couldn't even handle a simple WhatsApp video call. I don't know, maybe the mobile reception is only bad on the first floor. Another crazy thing is that people sing karaoke every night so loudly and badly, we couldn't sleep. And another thing, they don't have a mat to clean your feet after a shower. One more thing, I reserved the room for two nights, but the receptionist asked me on the first day why I was not checking out yet.

New hotel, new atmosphere, friendly service, easy access to the airport, unfortunately breakfast is still available. Taken to the room.
