It was a pleasure staying at REZ... The hotel smells good, the service is friendly, clean, beyond expectations... The food is also delicious.

Spacious room, simple design, spacious bathroom, ok water heater, ok food.

This hotel is the best. Easy access everywhere, close to the city center, and the balcony view is stunning. A stay here is a must if you're in Semarang.

I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM, already very tired. After completing the check-in process, I went to my room but couldn’t open the door. I had to return to the front desk and needed staff assistance to finally get in. The explanation given was a system issue, but since one of the two rooms could be opened and the other couldn't, I don't think it was purely a system problem. Then, after washing up and getting ready to rest, I pulled back the covers and found a very noticeable stain on the bed sheet. I was too exhausted to ask the hotel to change it at that point. When I mentioned these issues during check-out in the morning, the front desk didn’t seem very professional and showed no reaction at all. The hotel’s design and décor are quite nice, but the attention to detail really needs improvement.

if I go to Semarang I will definitely come here again.. there are no minuses at all.. the welcome drink is yogurt, the kids really like it.. the breakfast is varied, the taste is delicious.. I really like the smell of the hotel.. distinctive and calming 🥰🥰🥰

experience staying here clean and big room. Drinking water in a pitcher and can be refilled, Beneficial for those who like to drink water. Granite floor is quite cold too. Will stay again if visiting Semarang

During my short visit to Semarang, I was pleased to choose the Rez Hotel. The location is excellent; It is just a short walk from the city's iconic landmark, Simpang Lima, and the hotel is surrounded by enticing local food stalls, especially during the evening. The building of Rez Hotel features a minimalist-industrial modern design, but don't let that mislead you. The hotel offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are not only friendly, but also helpful. I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit to Semarang.
