The hotel location is strategic, walking a few meters away. Malioboro, for snacks there are many, there are gudeg, and others. For the hotel, it is clean, only minus breakfast. The receptionist is friendly and the check in check out process is fast, for a very cheap price, especially the family room type, the room is very spacious.

The staff is very friendly and helpful during check in and check out.

It's quite cheap, the price is 200, the alley is in front of Aveta Hotel, exit the alley directly to Malioboro. But if you walk quite far, it turns out it's better to use a motorbike, haha.

This is my first time staying at a hotel with a price below 500 but the hotel staff is very friendly. Helping quickly with suitcases and other belongings, next time I will definitely stay at this hotel again, regarding the facilities it is quite good according to the price, I regret just finding this place even though I stayed for 3 nights moving from hotel to hotel if I first found this hotel I would not have moved. 🥰

The AC is cold, very close to Malioboro. Only yesterday I got a room where the hot water wasn't working, for a place to stop during the holidays it was really ok and the price was still affordable.

Letak hotel strategis, ke Malioboro cukup jalan kaki, cari makanan mudah, kamar bersih pelayanan ramah, ramah di kantong, oke lah.

Pelayanan petugas hotel ramah dan baik, cuma kalau boleh saran tolong handuk nya di cuci yang bersih, karena kemarin saya dapat handuk yang bau nya kurang enak alias apek, Kalo bisa dan lebih bagus sih ganti baru handuk²nya. Terima kasih.

Kamar luas, bersih dan wangi wifinya juga kenceng rekomen banget sih kalau mau ke jogja karena deket dari stasiun & malioboro juga, didepannya juga ada warung makan gitu jadi ga bingung buat cari makan. Semoga bisa ke jogja lagi 🙏.
