My family was disappointed staying here, the cleanliness & comfort of the room seemed to be ignored by the staff. When the door to the room was opened, an unpleasant odor immediately greeted us & after looking for the source of the odor, it turned out to be from the blanket, so the blanket was removed & not used. The room window was broken, towels were not available, and there were no toiletries either. Even though the price had increased because of the Eid holiday, it was disappointing. The only thing that was quite pleasant was the location which was cool & close to several tourist attractions.

friendly hotel staff, easy check in. What you get: spacious enough room, deep bathroom, water heater. the downside is the water heater is a bit problematic even though it has been fixed by the staff and the room air is a bit humid.

Will not stay here again, very different from the photos. The sheets and bed cover smell very musty, lots of stains like they have never been washed. Hot water is broken, wifi is broken. Highly do not recommend this hotel.

The hot water didn't work, in fact it ran out of water when taking a shower, the water in the bathroom seeped from the walls to the floor. As a result, puddles of water seep. This happened in room number 4.

Good hotel, super cheap rates.

Friendly service, strategic location close to several main tourist attractions in Ciwidey. Apart from accommodation, they provide a cafe with quite a large area, we came not during peak season and it was relatively quiet but all the food was available and the food was definitely delicious!
