The location was very nice, Starbucks and Seven Eleven in floor 1. Near heart of Chinatown. The hospitality of the hotel was very good, all staff was helpful.

This place is easy to access, the staffs are really friendly and helpful. There is a 7-Eleven and Starbucks right downstairs and just 100m to the MRT. Really happy with this place.

In Chinatown, so have many conveniences, staffs are friendly.

Accommodation near MRT Wat Mangkon, near tourist attractions, can walk both Sampeng and Yaowarat at night in a chill way. Good accommodation close to the community. There is a 7-Eleven downstairs. Check in on the 3rd floor. The staff is cute. It's like getting a room upgrade. The room has Netflix and complete kitchenware at a very good price. I like it very much. The elevator and the building may look old because the building is renovated. But overall, it's very good. If I go, I will book again.

The accommodation is located near the BTS and very close to Leng Noei Yi Temple.

The lobby is on the 5th floor, and staff can assist you if needed as they speak English well. **Room Quality: Good value for the price. However, the hotel could improve by addressing a slight sewage odor. **Staff: Extremely friendly and supportive. **Conclusion: I highly recommend booking this hotel for its fantastic location—very close to the MRT, making it easy to access BTS and other MRT lines. I'll definitely book again for my next visit to Bangkok.

I literally love this place, nice staffs, they are very kind and willing to assist you including with housekeepers, if you feel hesitate to select I can said you can't find any place better that is hidden place in old town, there are 7-11 and starbuck under their building and if you walk across the road you gonna see many local food in there and if you turn left just walk 2 minutes you able to take metro to go anywhere. It 's very convenient and easier to sing seeing in Bangkok.

There was a room change when I checked in. The hotel informed me that the app had booked the wrong room. The price was different from the cheaper one I booked. I was confused. They said the picture was wrong compared to the one I booked. So I changed the room. I was tired and wanted to rest well. I didn't want to argue with the staff. It was chaotic and I didn't feel good at all.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and safe to stay overnight, which has a good location nearby Chinatown. Good service is a plus.
