Beautiful atmosphere and easy accessibility

Booking 6 hours before check in time, thank God there was still a room available. Initially it was not the hotel of choice to stay but after arriving there I was very satisfied with the facilities and services. When checking in I was given a welcome drink, got a room in the corner but the view was right in front of the swimming pool. In the morning the room also felt cool. Entering the room I got complimentary snacks and fruit. The staff were polite, responsive and very helpful. The amenities are complete. Order in-room dining because I felt at home getting a room with a beautiful view, quiet and not noisy. The swimming pool is clean, the chlorine doesn't feel. I had lunch at the restaurant after checking out because I was waiting for the afternoon train schedule. When checking out I was given a complimentary snack. The food tasted pretty good and needs to be improved. If I visit Banyuwangi I will definitely stay here.

Very satisfied staying here, take the family room, super spacious. Keep it clean so it stays busy, plus the hotel staff are friendly, if you go to Banyuwangi you will definitely want to stay here again

Excellent hotel in Banyuwangi, would recommend. Everything was top, extra quality, super friendly. The laundry is a bit expensive but overall nothing to complain about, really.

the service is very impressive, the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, the cleanliness is maintained.. did not have time for breakfast because I had to trip to Ijen since early morning but unexpectedly the staff delivered breakfast to the room so when I finished the trip and arrived at the inn my breakfast was delivered to the room. Thank you Ijen Estate Villa and Resort for your service, I was very impressed. next time I stay here again if I go to Banyuwangi, always be successful. for those who want to vacation to Banyuwangi, you must try staying here, highly recommended.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and designed with an elegant ethnic-modern feel. Some villa units are even equipped with terraces that directly face the swimming pool. The infinity pool in the middle of the garden is a favorite of many guests, the surrounding environment is very photogenic and refreshing! The staff are friendly, lots of snacks are given to guests from arrival, in the room, when checking out they are given snacks. Everything is delicious. The location is close to the city, it's great.

The hotel staff were really helpful, came when it was raining, brought luggage, prepared umbrellas, etc. At night, they gave us coffee, tea, and sponge cake. The room also provided snacks and fruits. Because it was a holiday, many food stalls were closed, so we ordered dinner at a restaurant. The price was very friendly. The taste was also quite good. The breakfast variety was not too much, but the taste was just right. When we checked out, we were still given snacks in our pouch. Highly recommended. Every corner is very aesthetic. Rented 2 rooms, a gladak room and a Latar room. For this gladak room, it's a bit noisy at night when we walk. The sound of creaking.

The serene and peaceful atmosphere in Banyuwangi city. Feels like Bali in Java.

Staff are friendly and informative, rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean.

The room was a bit damp, maybe because of the rainy season, so the sheets and pillowcases smelled a bit damp.

friendly hotel staff, clean room, safe bathroom. five of us adults stayed in the Family Room. location is easy to reach from the city, although a bit into the alley. spacious backyard. recommended for the whole family
