Convenient location. All services are great. I chose a room with a front view, which wasn't as beautiful as the mountain and forest view, but I could still see the jacaranda trees. The food is varied and there's a heated swimming pool.

There are a lot of Korean tourists here. That shows the service is very good because Koreans are very meticulous. They only come back when they are satisfied with the service. The food is delicious. I like the coffee and drinks here!

There was no welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The breakfast wasn't very good; the meat was quite dry and tough.

The reception staff were enthusiastic, lent umbrellas, and the cleaning staff were clean. The hotel was comfortable, with a warm swimming pool. However, I spilled coffee on the bedsheets and the hotel charged 500k for cleaning.

The soundproofing is very bad. Standing outside the hallway, you can hear all the conversations inside the rooms. If you have trouble sleeping in the room, you will wake up every 5 minutes because of the noise and conversations outside. 5-star hotel, 1-star door.
