We had an awesome stay here. Great room and perfect location. No AC in the rooms but the temperture was good so it didnt matter.

October 8 – 10, 2017 Great location but with no front desk you need a cell phone to be able to call their office to be let into the apartment which was annoying because we had to guess at our arrival time to book someone to let us in. We arrived 45 minutes early which meant we then had to wait outside of the apartment on a very steep street. We had to lay one of our suitcases down to keep the rest of them from rolling down the street. Pedro arrived promptly at the appointed time (another appointment prevented him from getting there earlier) to let us in. A nice touch is the bottle of wine and some cheese and crackers. We were ready for a snack after our wait!! The location is very close to St. Jorge’s Castle, restaurants, Bairro Alto, Alfama Districts and the Metro Station where we bought a 24 hour pass for 6,30 Euro entitling us to use all Metro, Trams and City Buses. The apartment was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a kitchenette. There were 2 love seats, no air con (as advertised) and a washer. Instructions on how to use the washing machine would have been great as we are not familiar with European machines. The basket in the coffee maker had not been cleaned so the old coffee grounds had lots of mold making it unusable. There was also mold on the wall in the bathroom and the area rug in the living room was matted and dirty and should be thrown out. To be fair, we did not call them to fix them. Beds were comfortable.

Appartement propre et bien équipé. Situation idéale au cœur de l’Alfama et à deux pas de la cathédrale. Le restaurant “le petit café “ est une bonne suggestion. Communication facile avec les hôtes et très coopératif. L’appartement est spacieux. Facile à trouver. Pas d’air climatisé et peu de fenêtres alors peu confortable quand il fait chaud. En plus d’être petite, les fenêtres donnent sur une rue extrêmement bruyante alors vous avez le choix entre avoir chaud ou vous faire réveiller par le bruit de la rue.

Acceso malísimo, viejo, sucio, pocos enchufes, con mucha humedad, una habitación es enana y sin ventana, radiadores portátiles para calefación, por lo que la temperatura ambiente es variable, el radiador del baño no funciona, suelo cruje y suena muchísimo, todas las puertas tienen cristales, por lo que en cuanto se enciende una luz, se molesta y no hay intimidad.

Lugar maravilhoso. Aconchegante, confortável. Totalmente equipado. Localização maravilhosa. Fantástico. Atenciosos demais, os anfitriões e nos receberam com vinho maravilhoso. So tivemos problema com a internet que parou de funcionar por culpa da empresa fornecedora.
