The hotel is located in at the entrance to the old town, convienent for those exploring the city's pintxo culture. Despite it being in a central located it was not noisy at all. It was also very walkable to the beaches. Check in and check out are done through an app that is emailed to you. The front desk staff was helpful, but they are not there after 8 pm. The building and rooms can be accessed with a code. If you are driving into the city, there is an underground lot with a 5 minute walk and the hotel provides a discounted rate. You won't need your car around the city and it is safe to leave it parked at the lot. The room is comfortable, air conditioned, and has tv. The balcony was very cute and it was great to people watch. This is not a typical hotel with a lobby and an around the clock front desk. It's more of an apartment building with individual hotel rooms. Don't expect hotel amenities, but that was not an issue for me. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend staying here.

The location was convenient but so quiet, which was a plus. Clean, incredible customer service and simply an easy place to stay. The beds were comfortable and rooms were incredibly clean. The staff at the desk were beyond helpful and made our stay easier.

Great hotel in the heart of everything San Sebastián. 5 min to beach right by old town. Such a great welcome by the staff. I highly recommend.

This hotel is not the luxuary it claims to be. The rooms are basic and dont offer the luxuray you would expect at the high end cost they charge for the stay.

Comfortable triple (king plus twin) with good shower. Loved location. Did online checkin and never interacted with staff in person though they did call me to check on my arrival time and be sure I understood how to get in. Code provided access to building and room.

Wonderful location. Near everything. Walls are very very thin. You can hear the local jazz bar 4 shops down till 2 am. Incredibly hard to get a restful nights sleep. However rooms are clean and the staff and amenities are above par. The free espresso machine is a nice touch. AC helped survive a hot period.

Its a beautiful property and the location is excellent, you can walk from here to the best spots in the city including the beach. Also they have this awesome coffee machine that will make you a cortado or café con Leche in under a minute. 👏👏👏

Great location right in the heart of Old Town, extremely walkable. The room had everything we needed, especially AC which was critical as we were there in the middle of a heat wave, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Good clean spacious room in an ideal location on the edge of the old town and thus close to the many fabulous restaurants and bars and the beaches. The fridge in our room contained bottles of water and soft drinks on arrival which were replenished each day at no extra cost. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the reception area again at no additional cost. All in all a great place to stay

The property was very nice. The room was small, but that’s what I expected. I had the patio option and frankly didn’t use it. The shower was great and had ok pressure. The bed was a little bit hard for my taste. I’m sure some people like it that way. The location was amazing. Certainly recommended.
