Very good un any sense

The check-in didn't work out

I arrived around 9:45 and they couldn’t locate my original reservation. They said they couldn’t find me and didn’t have my reservation. After looking she found the reservation I had made almost 2 months ago she said it was their mistake. Even though they didn’t have my type of room available they were able to accommodate me with another room. After that everything was perfect

Everything is good for me People nice, facilities clean, good information etc.

This was the first time I stayed at a hostel. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean property

It was generally fine. The shared bathroom was coed and not very private so I didn’t love that and I didn’t really go around the area, but it doesn’t seem like there’s much as you’re just near the airport and that’s the convenience of it. The people were kind and it’s a really good place if you want to be near the airport

Service and courtesy are excellent! I only wish they could have other options to pay for food beside just cash only… But nevertheless, everything else was good!

Very nice place to stay one night, on way in or out of Guatemala. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Hit water. Small room but adequate for a short stay.

very close to the airport, only a 10 minuet walk. Not much else around. I only had one night there as I had a layover.

Staff was communicative, kind, and helped me to get to and from the airport.
