They have to clear rooms more carefully. They were not very clear.

The university was a nice place to stay. Very roomy and clean. It is halfway between downtown and the waterfront. We were there is the summer and the residence was also occupied by student camps. It is also close to bus transportation so it was very easy to get around. The local food choices were a little limited but what we did find was inexpensive and good. If we were to return, we would stay closer to the downtown core area. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great location to work at the university

A friend and I stayed here while visiting my daughter who is studying abroad. Despite this being a dorm, our room was in a separate wing and offered a bedroom, kitchenette, private bathroom, living/dining area. It was very clean, comfortable, close to transportation and many dining options nearby. We did not use the facilities at all, but were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was with all the college students. Great value for the money!

The rooms were dirty, and the facilities very poor. My sheets looked like they were older than me and they had stains on them. I’ve stayed in hostel dorms that were much nicer than my private room here.

Great place to stay, handy to supermarket, easy free parking, close to metro or an interesting 40 m stroll through great neighbourhood to main part of town

Very good stay, good room and ambience

It esa everthung perfect! They clean the room every day, the AC works perfectly which is a must in Spain. It is 8min away from the tram stop which can take u to the beach. Although the mattress is terrible, thin and very uncomfortable I would stay there again if in a budget trip.

Accommodation is super fine and comfortable. Everything was super clean and nice. Only one thing, internet is partly blocked (some ports are closed) so I had to use my VPN to connect to some remote services that I needed.

I stay here for a few weeks every summer, and it is always a great place to call home

Convenient, but not very pretty room. AC is freezing. Kitchen sink smelled really bad. Cleaning service forgot to clean my room for 3 days untill I asked them. Reception was very nice and I liked the overall building and its park. Easy to get to beach and city center.

Veldig bra service og rent rom. Frokost var inkludert som også var et pluss. De er også bemannet 24 timer i døgnet i skranken/resepsjonen. Anbefales sterkt hvis man ønsker seg noe som er billig og bra

Soggiorno perfetto. La location è a 20 min a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro ma volendo ci sono molti autobus essendo una zona universitaria è molto servita.

Very good place to stay in Valencia. Peaceful and quiet but still a lot of good restaurants just around the corner.

Personnel accueillant et à l écoute. Propreté des lieux. Salle de detente, salle de sport et salle de jeux sympathiques. Cependant: mauvaise qualité de literie. Le petit-déjeuner est très décevant. L emplacement est correct, à mi chemin entre la plage et le centre ville par le tram.

Residencia de estudiantes, mucho ruido, ubicado cerca de universidades. Camas poco cómodas pero es lo de esperar en una residencia, no es un hotel y no tiene servicio de hotel.

Buen alojamiento para unos dias de paso.
