Spacious property and not far from major attractions

Great stay! There is no front desk, but the property was in contact with me well before my stay with the entrance code and instructions on retrieving the key. Building was well marked as Low Cost Tourist Apartment. Access to lots of buses and the metro. Supermarket and restaurants in the mall about 2 blocks away. Apartment was well furnished with everything you need. Great wifi. I felt safe coming home after dark.

Location was brilliant. Direct tube train to the local station, with just a 2 minute walk to the apartment. Wish I had checked the exact location to find it was on the roundabout, not on a road leading from the roundabout; this could have saved us time wandering around in the dark. My fault! Lots of very reasonably priced bars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk, and if you want to get supplies for the apartment, 2 or 3 local supermarkets. 4 out of 5 tube lines go to Casa da Musica station from central Porto, so it’s easy to explore the city from this apartment very easily if you don’t want taxis all the time. Cant think of anything lacking within the apartment, but we were surprised that there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, but we are capable of wiping the condensation from the mirror ourselves! Would recommend this apartment for either a 1 night stay, or a week long stay.

It was good value for money and location was excellent. Unfortunately we had apartment 1B which faced the back of the building, was very hot and an extractor fan from a nearby restaurant was too close to our windows. But overall any other minor issue we raised was promptly resolved

We have rented 6 rooms for a group of friends. It was amazing. Clean, nice and big rooms with kitchens. Easy check in system, nice area and close to the station.

The apartment was very nice, lots of room. In a residential area, lots of shops and services nearby. Check in was easy. The building is on a busy street but it's fairly quiet at night and we had no problem sleeping. Close to Metro station, very convenient. Would stay here again.

Oporto and surrounding region of Braga, Guimares, Aveiro (accessible by 3 day tourist train card) is a lovely region to explore over 7 days. The Casa de Musica is a 30 minute walk from main rail station the riverside and main Oporto attractions (unless you're lazy and take the tram/bus) which is only location disappointment. Accomodation had all the basics to survive self catering with Lidl 5 mins walk away. Accomodation comfortable enough although our apartment only had one armchair between two people and the darkness blinds did not always work.

Misleading description of apartment in website. Location was noisy on busy city street. No reception at location. Entry is by entering a code sent by email. No elevator only stairs to apartment. No parking available outside apartment.

It is very cozy and comfortable apartment in a good area and easy transport connection. Food corners are opened till late as well. We could buy food on the way back home and cook also by ourselves due to the full equipped kitchen.The service was on the highest level, we got our taxi exactly at 4:00am and all the check-in and out procedures were very easy.

location was ok. elevator was broken when we arrived but got fixed next day. flat to non existent pillows. light in lounge broke during the stay which made things a bit dark. close to metro station.

I stayed 4 nights and really liked my room. First expectations need to be adjusted. This is a reasonably priced APT without front desk or staff, so don't expect hotel feeling or services. Cleaning is offered if you stay more than 5 nights. Even though called a studio, the room is nicely divided and feels like 1-bedroom. It has nice furnishing and a fully-equipped kitchen. A nice market is across the street. The best croissant cafe is on way to metro, which is across the park. I liked it more than city center properties, which can be very noisy at night. The park facing rooms have nice views of big trees but less quiet with the street noise. Rooms on the other side have a big balcony and plenty of sunshine, plus open views of neighborhoods and a small garden. Sofia the manager was very fast in replying to all my requests and even provided complimentary cleaning. Do be aware that there is no place to store luggage. Trindade station nearby has huge lockers for such purpose. My only suggestion would be to have permanent lighting in the hallways and to install screens on the windows, especially for summer.

Staying here made my stay in Porto much more enjoyable. It was close to the metro stop and in a very nice part of the city. We felt safe walking home late at night. Because of it's location, we got to mingle with the locals, and that was an awesome experience!

Close to restaurants, bakeries, butcher shops etc., Great location in relation to metro line and very easy to find (so long as we disregarded the direction given to us and used Google maps). Location had everything we needed, was in great condition and very clean. Other than the directions to get there, step by step on how to get in was very easy to follow. Lots of space and felt very safe and confortable. Location was not touristy giving the opportunity to see "real" Porto, not the gift shops and classic overpriced boutiques

This was an apartment, not a hotel. The moving-in was seamless as it was done electronically. The apartment was centrally located in a nice part of the city with accessible mass transit and tour buses. It was clean and quiet. The only problem was the dearth of cooking utensils, considering that one reason to get an apartment is the ability to cook one's own meals and save on restaurants.

The apartment was bright, spacious and well equiped. A great view across the park to the Casa da Musica. Time and space away from the hustle and bustle yet as you put your feet to the street you are in the magical city of Porto. Great place to stay in a great city.
