Very welcoming hotel, would thoroughly recommend

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to a family get together. For a very reasonable price we were offered an apartment including two separate bedrooms, sitting room, bathroom and well equipped kitchen (suitable for self catering). The interior is not modern, but well maintained. The hotel is visible from the road and situated in walking distance of the Atlantic coast. There are some shops and cafes nearby, while the next town, Peniche, is a 15-20 minutes drive. The hotel has a cafe and excellent restaurant, which serves Portuguese food at a very good rate and is mainly attended by Portuguese. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Very much enjoyed this stay.

I can only say the best things about the hotel owners. When we ordered apartments in hotels.com desctiption it was said that it includes breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel it have appeared that usually when you reserve apartments you don't get breakfast. So it was definetely error. Despite the fact after owner have cleared situation with hotels we've got our breakfast free of charge and the breakfast was really good (better than you would get is higher ranked hotels in Portugal). The place is also really OK, very quite and nice.

The road outside was very noisy and because the A/C didnt work ,the window had to be opened at night. The bed was so hard as to hurt and there was no hot water in the morning. The plastic chair on the tiny balcony was broken and unusable and the restaurant was closed on the second of our two day stay

Very welcoming staff. Comfortable spacious apartment, quiet and calm, with a shared garden. The village is nice and the beach is wonderful and only a few minutes walk from the hotel. We had a wonderful vacation.

Local muito agradável, bom atendimento e pessoal afável. Levaram as malas ao quarto o que não já não acontece na maioria dos hotéis até de mais estrelas. Bom pequeno almoço. Quarto e casa de banho um pouco pequenos mas suficientes para estadias curtas.
