We liked all the facilities and the staff were lovely, for us a room with a balcony with afternoon sun would have been nice, but thats a minor point, our biggest irritation was a family sat next to us in the dining area, who let their young child run around screaming, picking up serving utensils and dropping them on the floor, the parents then put them back in the food area to be reused, not ideal for guests using the utensils afterwards and dangerous having a young child running around with hot food around. Overall we would thoroughly recommend the hotel, the staff and would certainly consider returning in the future.

The staff were very friendly and polite. It made us feel very comfortable and it was a warm pleasant experience. The accommodation is immaculately clean. I would recommend to anyone andcwill definitely return.

An absolute favourite hotel of mine. The hotel itself is great, the food is good, the drinks are great, the location is beautiful. The thing that keeps me coming back though is the staff, the welcome and the friendliness I have always had. It goes such a long way. Until the next time!

Totally fantastic! The place is beautiful, comfortable and super clean. We loved the swimming pool and spa. Also enjoyed sitting out in the garden. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. We wanted to stay longer. A small fridge in the room would have been nice to have but is not essential for us.

Great friendly staff. Comfortable facility. Terrific meals in the dining facility. Been the only non-Austrian guests, we appreciated feeling "special" here.

Nice hotel is close to ski areas. Good breakfast and dinner, there is also some food 3 to 5 pm. Free parking. Grocery stores are about 10 minutes walk. One of the best pool-sauna complex is in 5 minutes driving.

Great place, family oriented, friendly and close of many outdoor activities. Employees was really great for our 3 years twin. Thanks again)

Beautiful hotel and beautiful place. Very nice spa zone 3 different saunas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts with eggs on demand and many-many little things like SKY sports TV and high-speed internet.

What a great find! Small but cosy. Clean, modern rooms. Great facilities with a very modern sauna and pool. The menu is of the traditional kind and very good, as was the wine. Continental style breakfast was good too. Sort of stumbled across this place and was very glad I did!

Great hotel, very comfortable beds, lovely decor, clean, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast selection was ace, and the gym, pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic.For the price we paid, we were absolutely delighted. Only quibble was no tea-making facility in the room.

Beautiful vistas, quiet room, amazing beds and bedding, the best sleep I had on our whole trip. Friendly staff, small and quiet.

Only stayed for one night. Very clean, comfortable and cosy. Great breakfast. Close to the centre but fairly quiet.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and gives great service. It’s clean and well maintained. Has a great spa area with saunas and pool. The food is very good and they are dog friendly.

A really nice authentic Austrian hotel beautiful situated in The Valley. Nice clean rooms with newly renovated bathrooms. Housekeeping did a great job. Great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food. Swimmingpool and a couple of different sauna was great to relax in after a day in the mountains. Easy to park outside the hotel. Dinner was excellent and well priced. Very dog friendly too. We will definitely head back.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und Wellnessbereich.

Der Kurzurlaub war exzellent. Das Zimmer war grosszügig und sehr sauber. Das Essen und der Service wsren ausgezeichnet. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen und werden es bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder buchen.
