50m from Main Street and restaurants. 50m from Woolies in the other direction. Clean and tidy. Enjoyed the stay.

Really loved my long weekend here! Rooms are huge and kitchen is such a fab bonus along with the sitting room! Was great to be so close to everything as I was on my own! Lovely staff, super friendly and motel was clean and tidy! I will stay again for sure!!

The check-in process was so easy and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was fairly basic but was roomy and had everything you need. Great location in Margaret River - close to everything.

It was a very comfortable, clean and tidy stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Great and handy location right in middle of town. I’ll book again.

If you need a cheap (ish) hotel room for the night while visiting Margaret river, this is a good option. If you're looking for somewhere to chill out for a bit, then you could probably find something else. This place was perfect for what we (a couple) needed a basic room (though a little out of date with the style) and a comfortable bed. We used the room for a shower and bed for one night. Though booking thrid party we didn't receive theout-of-hourr instructions for the lock box, i did have to ring up and ask the women. At first no one answered but i left a voice mail and got a call back straight away.

Larger than expected and very well located. Two groups of hoons yelling and fighting until early hours of the morning. Otherwise thought it was great and well priced for the area

The room was big, clean and comfortable and brilliantly located just off the Main Street close to bars, restaurants and shops but tucked away so it’s quiet! Perfect for our new year stay. The staff were amazing too - really kind and helpful! I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

Love Higgins Lane Motel! 100% recommended to all. Centre of Margaret River, walking distance to everything. Laundramat just across the road..

We had a lovely time at Higgins Lane for 4nights in November. Firstly it is a great location,within walking distance to restaurants,pubs and shopping. Secondly the staff is very accommodating and very friendly. There were a couple of things needing replacing in the room and it was seen to quickly with no issues. Thirdly the room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy ,bathroom very clean and having the use of kitchenette facilities made our stay very enjoyable. Booking an accommodation site unseen from Canada can be nerve wracking but we had no worries and would recommend this motel without hesitation. Also the Wifi was excellent too.
