A fantastic place to stay with incredible food! The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived and was so friendly throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Our room was an add-on to the front porch with a rather noisy A/C unit above our beds. Twin beds rather than a queen bed. Nice hotel otherwise and very good dining room.

Stay was good. The advantage of being in town was a good bonus. The restaurant had excellent food and service. Our stay was in one of the motel rooms which were comfortable enough but are a little dated and in need of a refresh in my opinion, particularly the bathroom.

Had a great stay, the staff was very helpfull, but the AC unit was very loud, to a point where it was hard to sleep when it was on.

Very friendly and accommodating as we ended up needing to check in after 11pm and it was so easily taken care of.

The room was sparse. It is not a fancy place. BUT it is very well located in Baddeck. Perfect for a first-time visit. Breakfast is not included which might be a good thing because the coffee shop across the street is great and sometimes comes with Rose, the best cheerleader for Cape Breton imaginable. She is full of great tips and enthusiasm.
The restaurant is highly thought of. We did not dine here because the menu did not excite us.

We were in a cabin room in back. Cute and comfy room. The inn was in a great location. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one of the nights we were there. Definitely would recommend The Telegraph House.

First time staying in Baddeck.
Very pleased with this charming, older property. Very clean with helpful staff. Loved the character of the building.
Easy access and parking. Restaurant on site with local seafood. Centrally located in the heart of town. Easy walk down to fishing wharf and shops on main street.
Nice deli/bakery across the street for breakfast in the morning.
Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely charming attentive staff
Restaurant fabulous, extra special, a must visit.
No lift. Balcony is welcome but not quite the view expected
You can see the Lake but the Home store is closer in view.
