All was great

While the room was clean and comfortable many of the things I was looking for when I made my selection, were either not available or exaggerated. As a disabled person the rooms are not completely accessible, the bathroom is small with only one grab bar in the tub that is not easy to reach being behind/beside the toilet. There should have been another on the far side wall and another for use with the toilet, there is no place to put one. My room was on the third floor. Farthest away from the elevator. I was so tired after looking for a drink machine with sofa out anything in it I just went to bed. On the other side of things, the stars was helpful with getting me up to my room. The waitress in the restaurant was very nice and had soda available, though pricey.

Friendly and polite staff. Room was in great shape. The common areas around the hotel are getting a bit worn down.

Bathroom was newly renovated - better than some 4 star hotels

No hot water in shower, swarming with young kids, babies screeching through the night. Seems to be families living in the hotel or something, it was an absolute zoo. Would not stay again. Rooms are nice, but it felt less like a hotel and more like a McDonald's playground.

Super quick and easy check in and check out, amazing friendly staff. Extremely comfortable beds and large room and bathroom, parking right on site as well! Great place to stay for sure!

Smelt awful, it’s mostly filled with low income/ homeless people. We could hear people running around and up all night. Walls are paper thin woken up multiple times to doors slamming and yelling, beds were wobbly.

This old charmer has seen better days, but the owners are obviously determined to their best under the circumstances. Our room was clean throughout, with only a slight odor of disinfectant in the hallways. Any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Although the menu lacked depth, the restaurant was well run and our server was excellent. The portions of both our meals exceeded expectations! Apparently, the restaurant is well-known locally for its Schnitzel, and any praise is well-deserved.

Courteous staff, even opening doors for us as we entered with travel bags. Clean room, comfy bed and pillows, very quiet.

Clean room but a little bit expensive compared to others no free breakfast included as well, $300 dollar deposit is also required upon checkin wich is not something mandatory in other places.

It was a nice big room, big bathroom too. We had a good stay!

He didn't get a chance to have breakfast because the kitchen wasn't open when we left in the morning there was hair in the bathroom in the tub we didn't even want to shower and if he could have we wouldn't be able to because the water pressure was so bad the rugs stunk the foyer was beautiful walking into the facility was nice but once we got to the rooms it was a huge disappointment we didn't even want to stay walking into the property was nice
