Had a lovely 2 bedroom cabin. Spacious and clean, full kitchen, (eat in) large living room. We are staying again! Very accommodating and friendly owner.

Comfortable bed and pillow- lots of space in 2 bedroom, equipped with everything we needed. Pool and loungers were awesome. The location is great, walk to everything in North rustico, including the beach and boardwalk.

The owners are one of a kind - great hosts, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind! The property is wonderfully maintained. Our cottage was sweet and perfect for me, my partner and our dog. Every guest we talked to said they return year after year. Great value, great accommodations, and great people!

Grounds well kept

Loved the view - see the ocean. Lots of outdoor seating, BBQ’s at each unit.

Calme, propre, bien situé.

Check in was easy with Dwight. We arrived a few minutes early and were able to check in right away as not the busy season. Cottage was what we expected and pleased with it. 4 adults and our dog were very comfortable. lots of grounds to walk the dog on. Thanks so much for everything. We had never stayed in North Rustico had only driven through. We hope to return soon. It's a gem.

Cozy and quiet

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage. Spacious 2 bedroom with full kitchen. Comfortable beds. Close to everything in North Rustico. We were travelling with our 4 month old and they were so accommodating providing a pack and play as well as cottage with a tub. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

I like cleanliness of it but the ventilation of bathroom is noisy if it is on.Overall it is good.

The owner/operator was fantastic and gave amazing recommendations for local food and sights. His local knowledge was an incredible asset to our time in the area! The cabin was very cozy and ideal for our stay. Cabins are well equipped with everything you might need to stay in, but also are a great home base for heading out to visit the area. We would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

With it being my first time in that area, staff helped with showing some local spots to go, the cottage was nice and comfortable (3 bedroom) the kids loved it, we will absolutely go back.
